Arundel Park Riding for Disabled were invited to showcase some of their riders talents at the EKKA this year, unfortunately, since the EKKA was cancelled they’ve decided to make other arrangements.
Arundel Park Riding for Disabled Centre Manager, Leone, explains they have been given approval to run the horse riding event at the APRDA Centre.
“The RNA committee were really generous and they got behind it and realised this was not something our contestants got to do on a regular basis,” she said.
This is the first time the clients of APRDA have participated in an event like this one and when the centre put a call out for show attire Leone explains they received many donations from all around Australia.
“I’m sure the kids will look amazing on the day thanks to the people who have provided [the show attire],” Leone said.
The event is now being run on the 25th of September at the Arundel Park Riding for Disabled Centre.
