The Pyjama Foundation celebrated their 15th annual National Pyjama Day on Friday 23rd of July through the Love of Learning program.
CEO and Founder of the Pyjama Foundation, Bronwyn Sheenhan, says with the help of many volunteers, called ‘Pyjama Angels’, they share their love of learning and mentor kids who are in foster care.

“We’re trying to engage the kids into reading books, playing educational games and helping them with their homework and having lots of fun around learning,” she said.
The Pyjama Foundation started 17 years ago and have raised a lot of awareness of the foster care system through National Pyjama Day.

“…It’s all about businesses, schools and daycare centres wearing their pyjamas for the day to raise awareness about our program,” she said.
They would love to have more ‘Pyjama Angels’ join them. If you would like to find out more head to Pyjama Foundation.
