Last year during Covid, Media Marketer Aldwyn Altuney, created the Global Good News Challenge on Social Media to help those struggling through Covid.

The Challenge encourages people to share 3 things they are grateful for and some good news through a Facebook Live or a video.

“The whole point was to help inspire people to share more gratitude and news with world and to lift the energy on the planet,” Aldwyn said.

She explains that gratitude helps improve physical and psychological health, helps you to sleep better, improves self-esteem and increases mental health.

Aldwyn also has a Good News Day on the 8th of August where people are welcome to share good news stories and things they are grateful for through video.
